svgViewR Interactive Commands

svgViewR animations can be viewed in any compatible web browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera). The animations are made interactive by the mouse and keyboard commands listed below.

spacebar Pauses and plays the animation
refresh Returns shapes to state when browser was originally opened
scroll up/down Zooms in/out by moving the shapes into and out of the screen
'j' Zooms out by moving shapes into the screen
'k' Zooms in by moving shapes out of the screen
↑ ↓ → ← Moves shapes up/down/right/left
'shift' + ↑ ↓ → ← Moves shapes up/down/right/left in larger steps
'r' + click-and-drag Rotates shapes about y- and x- axes. Click-and-drag the mouse anywhere within the browser window. Clicking-and-dragging left and right will rotate the shapes about the y- (vertical) axis. Clicking-and-dragging up and down will rotate the shapes about the x- (horizontal) axis.
'r' + ↑ ↓ Rotates shapes about the x-axis in 10 degree increments
'r' + → ← Rotates shapes about the y-axis in 10 degree increments
'r' + 'k' Rotates shapes clockwise within the z-plane in 10 degree increments (screen)
'r' + 'j' Rotates shapes counter-clockwise within the z-plane in 10 degree increments (screen)
'shift' + 'r' + 'j' 'k' ↑ ↓ → ← Rotates shapes as stated above, but in 45 degree increments
